American Thoracic Society, 2018 International Conference; Chronic cough in Children

12 Jun 2018

Chronic cough in children is decribed as, "persistent cough more than six weeks" by the Australian researchers. European clinicians and researchers suggest chronic cough in children is related to persistent cough more than two months. During the ATS 2018 international conference, we had a group discussions with Dr Weinberger who speculated that prolonged cough more than four weeks may be defined as chronic cough in children and may require investigations in order to exclude bronchomalasia.
